Doshi Bugathon: Earn $$$ by Finding Bugs In Our Beta App

What’s up, doshi fam! 🙌

Following last week’s beta app announcement, we’re excited to launch our first ever Doshi Bug-Bounty Contest! We are aware that our beta app is not perfect, and there are bound to be some bugs here and there. That’s why we’re offering rewards for anyone who finds and reports a bug in our beta app! Not only will you be helping us make our app better, but you’ll also be earning some sweet crypto rewards in the process.

The Bugathon will begin on Wednesday, 25th May 2022 and will run until Wednesday, 8th June 2022. So what are you waiting for? Start bug hunting today!

What’s in it for you?

The goal of the Doshi Bugathon is to find as many bugs as possible in our beta app so that we can squish them before our official launch!

There will be a leaderboard of the top bug hunters in our discord, and at the end of the Bugathon, the top 3 hunters will earn the following rewards in crypto:

• 1st place: $100 in BTC
• 2nd place: $50 in BTC
• 3rd place: $25 in BTC

In addition to the crypto rewards, everyone who participates will get a doshi explorer role in our community, and everyone who has this role will have exclusive NFT airdrops in their Doshi wallet!

How can you participate?

Anybody can participate in the Bugathon simply by downloading and using our beta app. To download our beta app, simply follow the steps below:

1. Download the Test Flight app here — It’s like an app store for beta versions.
2. Tap on this link to download the doshi beta app from Test Flight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/2upDDPHy

Now that you’re all set up, start using the app and keep an eye out for any bugs or glitches!

How can you submit a bug?

If you find a bug, CONGRATULATIONS 🎉

You can submit your bug through our discord channel (→ bug-bounties), so be sure to join us there! 😉

We’ll need the following information from you in order to verify your bug:

• A clear and concise description of the bug, ideally with a screenshot (in the #bug bounties discord channel, you will be able to find examples and bugs that have been already reported)
• The steps needed to reproduce the bug
• Your device type (i.e. iPhone 11)
• Any other relevant information that might be helpful (optional)

How will you know if your bug is valid?

Once we receive your bug submission in the discord channel, our team will take a look and verify if it is, in fact, a bug. If it is, the team will confirm it to you 🎉 and add your bug to the hunted bugs table. The hunted bugs table and Leaderboard in Discord will be updated every day.

What kind of bugs is Doshi looking for?

We’re looking for any and all bugs, big or small! Whether it’s a cosmetic issue, a functional bug, or anything in between, we want to hear about it.

We are also open to receiving any valuable feedback about our app, whether it’s about the design, user experience, or anything else. However, please note that feedback is not eligible for rewards and will not be counted towards the leaderboard.
